Empower me programme is for everyone who wants to take control, have a healthy relationship with food and stay healthy. If you want to lose weight, stop binge eating, change your diet to a healthy one, feel good about your body and yourself - this programme is definitely for you.
The programme combines awareness skills developed through mindfulness, self-reliance building skills through hypnotherapy and building goal focused mindset through coaching. You will learn to convert negative thoughts into powerful thinking, how to use Emotional Freedom Technique to manage cravings and how to exercise to improve your metabolism and release endorphins.
Each week you will have 1-hour, one-to-one online coaching or hypnotherapy session, get access to online video and audio material for you to practice by yourself.
At the end of the programme, depending on your progress and wish, you may sign up for further coaching sessions to support you to maintain your progress towards your goals. The frequency of these would depend on what you want to achieve.
