My hypnotherapy sessions will help you to
explore the links between mind & body and how the mind affects health and well-being. I offer my Clients
options for improving health and ability to recover from ill health which they might choose to utilise and develop for themselves. There are no miracle cures on offer; I make no claims as faith healers. I offer to introduce and guide my Clients through methods and ideas which have helped a lot of people feel better.
I work with adults (18+) who suffer from stress, anxiety, alcohol problems, eating issues and phobias. I treat all my clients with respect, compassion and understanding. At the free consultation session we discuss your needs and expectations. This is an opportunity for you to meet me and ask questions. The first session is focused on your issues and their cause. I create a safe environment for you to talk about problems you may be facing in your life. Based on the gathered information I discuss with you a therapeutic approach and support I offer between sessions. The first session always concludes with hypnosis tailored to your personal needs. In between sessions you can listen to a hypnotherapy script which I will record for you. I may also offer other tools to help you with your specific problems. We also stay in touch by email or phone between our sessions.
Stress, anxiety and depression are common reactions to challenges we may face at any stage of life. They can look a lot alike, but there are distinct differences. Since I created the Empower Me programme I have successfully helped my clients to lose weight and learn how to maintain a healthy diet , change eating habits and feel better about their body shape.
It proves to be more effective than any other therapy in helping you stop smoking; usually effective with just two sessions.
Quit 4 Life is a national service that is the culmination of over 10 years of research and experimentation.
It combines cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused hypnotherapeutic approaches.

The Mindfulness Now programme offers an integrated / eclectic approach to mindfulness meditation. I work with individuals and groups with many requirements including helping with physical and emotional pain, stress and anxiety, as well as building emotional resilience. Mindfulness Now programme offers a psycho-educational fusion of mindfulness-based approaches, including the evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Through this programme, you will reduce stress, increase resilience, and bring day-to-day experiences of life to another level where you are present, confident, and compassionate.
