My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight  into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.  My education, training and experience completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me  to provide you, with the tools and methods you need to  achieve your goals and empower you to live the life you want. My goal is to provide the best coaching, hypnotherapy and mindfulness based therapeutic programmes to people who want to transform their life, increase happiness and be in control of their life. I offer personal coaching, solution focused coaching, Cognitive Behavioural and Ericsonian hypnotherapy sessions, mindfulness based coaching sessions and movement therapy to individuals and organisations. All my services can be accessed online or face to face. I have coached successfully teams in corporate and public sectors, students and graduates who were struggling to make important decisions and many others who were facing life challenges. I work with people with comprehensive conditions caused by stress, anxiety, people who suffer from phobias, eating problems and addictions. I also offer national Quit 4 Life smoking cessation programme. The list of conditions I can help with is much longer. My sessions are a safe place for my clients to explore their feelings, deal with stress and anxiety. At the first session we agree a therapy plan together and support you will be given in between the sessions.
