I work with adults (18+) who suffer from stress, anxiety, alcohol problems, eating issues and phobias. I treat all my clients with respect, compassion and understanding. At the free consultation session we discuss your needs and expectations. This is an opportunity for you to meet me and ask questions. The first session is focused on your issues and their cause. I create a safe environment for you to talk about problems you may be facing in your life. Based on the gathered information I discuss with you a therapeutic approach and support I offer between sessions. The first session always concludes with hypnosis tailored to your personal needs. In between sessions you can listen to a hypnotherapy script which I will record for you. I may also offer other tools to help you with your specific problems. We also stay in touch by email or phone between our sessions.

Since I created the Empower Me programme I have successfully helped my clients to lose weight and learn how to maintain a healthy diet , change eating habits and feel better about their body shape.

The programme combines awareness skills developed through mindfulness, self-reliance building skills through hypnotherapy and building goal focused mindset through coaching. You will learn to convert negative thoughts into powerful thinking, how to use Emotional Freedom Technique to manage cravings and how to exercise to improve your metabolism and release endorphins.
Each week you will have 1-hour, one-to-one online coaching or hypnotherapy session, get access to online video and audio material for you to practice by yourself, which includes mindfulness meditations, online workouts and mindful eating skills. You will also get access to my online workouts: Vinyasa Yoga, Mindful Pilates, Body Strength workouts, dance and many more.
At the end of the programme, depending on your progress and wish, you may sign up for further coaching sessions to support you to maintain your progress towards your goals. The frequency of these would depend on what you want to achieve.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is based on an idea that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all connected and influence one another. For example: if I am feeling sad I might have feelings that nobody likes me and I decide to stay all day in bed and cry (behaviours). If I am feeling happy, I may have thoughts like: “life is beautiful” so I want to enjoy it and go to the cinema with my friends (behaviour).
If we can pause and identify our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, we might learn important information that could help us moving forward. For example, some of the thoughts I experienced that went along with my feeling sad were thinking that I was alone and out of step with most of my friends. The behaviours that went along with my feeling sad were staying in my apartment, not initiating with my friends, and not picking up the phone when someone called me.

In hypnosis we’re not normally asleep but we may feel sleepy. When you are in hypnosis your subconscious mind allows you take on board positive thoughts and ideas easily. When your eyes are closed, you are in a different state of consciousness than when your eyes are open. You enter a different and receptive realm of awareness.
